Orders on this site will be shipped from Shanghai, China. Please note delivery times are only estimates and vary depending on the location. Shipping based on normal carrier restrictions and delays.

We ship orders on business days. “Business days” are Monday through Friday, and exclude national holidays. We usually use DHL for international deliveries. We only ship to countries (regions) where our distributors are not available. If you cannot find the regions you wish your order to be delivered to on our Distributor page, please contact us for assistance as we may still deliver to that location.
