LIMITED LIFETIME GUARANTEE
Thank you for your purchase. We stand behind all of our products. DexShell wants you to be happy. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
If you do believe you found a manufacturing flaw on one of DexShell products you bought, you have the right to claim a replacement or refund, subject to our policy below or that of the vendor you bought from.
We must clarify that the term ‘lifetime’ refers to the reasonable lifespan of a clothing product. For example, a heavily used or poorly maintained item will probably have a shorter life than an averagely used or well-looked-after item for our type of products.
However, we do want you to love our gear and help your adventures in the great outdoors, so if in any case you are not 100% satisfied, please let us know and we’ll get you some other items in our range. Not a problem.
REPLACEMENT & REFUND
We are committed to producing exceptional products of top quality. However, in the unlikely event that an error has occurred in the manufacturing of your DexShell product, please let us know.
You can request a replacement or refund within 12 months of your purchase. For any DexShell product that you bought on dexshell.com, we will replace the goods or refund the amount you paid for them at our expense.
If the product was bought from one of our dealers, we are happy to help you directly and handle the warranty case against the trackable receipt of your purchase.
Please note that it is a requirement to provide additional documents, such as photos taken by a smartphone, in order to prove the fault has not arisen as a result of improper use or a damaging test. Please contact us at hello@dexshell.com with your claim and documents.
Last but not least, in an effort to improve the customer experience and our sustainability efforts, we no longer encourage returning physical goods. But we reserve the right to request that customers return the product in case there is a need to inspect it.
