DEXSHELL STORY
DexShell story began in 2010, when our founder Haidong Zhu (James), a product innovation–driven professional with an entrepreneurial spirit, set off to break his routine and trek Nepal’s Annapurna Circuit. Battling muddy trails in soaked socks, he kept returning to one question, drawn from his experience in performance fabrics: Why can’t hiking socks integrate a waterproof, breathable membrane to keep feet dry and warm just like a waterproof jacket? Envisioning the untapped potential, James set out to redefine waterproof comfort for outdoor adventurers – enabling them to hike lighter, stay drier, and go farther.
Today, DexShell is a globally recognized innovator in waterproof socks and accessories. From our Shanghai-based development and manufacturing hub, we leverage cutting-edge textile technology with a team of passionate engineers and outdoor enthusiasts who thrive in all elements.
